Precision Lifts is an app designed to make it easy to track rest times and record sets during your workouts.

If youre an experienced lifter, you probably know the importance of tracking rest intervals between sets.

In most strength training routines, you want to be keeping rest intervals consistent while increasing some training variable (usually reps or weight) with each session.

That way, when you lift more than you did last workout, you know its because you got stronger and not because you took longer rest intervals than usual.

The problem is that its hard to do this, especially if youre lifting alone.

I got tired of manually timing my rest intervals and recording sets with each workout, so I built an app to help.

Although accurately tracking rest times is the primary focus of Precision Lifts, thats not all that it offers.

Other features include:
-Custom reusable workout templates
-Email export of workout results (text and .csv files)
-Workout history detailing all sets, reps, weight and completion times of past workouts

Features coming soon:
-Graphs of volume and weight progression over time for each exercise
-1RM calculator

Theres a chance I may add premium features or advertisements in the future but at the time being Precision Lifts is completely free to use!
